Submit a complaint or concern

To submit a complaint: use the link above, which will send email to me. I will review that email within three days and resolve the complaint within seven days, keeping you updated throughout the process.

My process for resolution::

• I will investigate and act on your complaint as quickly as possible. If I identify any content as illegal, nonconsensual, lacking a valid model release, or infringing a copyright, I will remove it immediately. If I need further information, I will contact you.
• I will notify you of the result of your complaint. If you wish to appeal my decision and I have reasonable grounds to consider your appeal to be in good faith (e.g. not obvious spam or harassment), I will enlist a neutral party at my own expense.
• I provide monthly reports of *all* complaints and their resolution to my billing processor, who may also share those reports with banks and credit card companies; thus I'm sorry but I am not able to keep your complaint confidential.
